Commissioned: February 2026. A model designed for stable base-load operation with high self-consumption of electrical energy and process heat.
The unit operates in base mode for 7 200 h per year. Electrical energy is consumed 94% on-site, while the recovered heat is used for plant cleaning and process applications.
This is the optimal output for a facility consuming 350-500 thousand kWh annually. The model avoids oversizing, maintains full self-consumption and remains scalable for further deployments.
Commissioned: February 2026. The unit was integrated with the refrigeration load and domestic hot water preparation.
Electrical energy is used mainly by the refrigeration systems. Recovered heat supports DHW and process heating, with electrical self-consumption at 92%.
Steady refrigeration load ensures stable unit operation, high predictability of cash flow and full use of recovered heat in the plant process.
Commissioned: February 2026. The system is tailored for daytime operation, with emphasis on supporting process tanks and the bottling line.
The unit operates in daytime mode. Heat is used to warm process tanks, while electrical self-consumption reaches 90%.
The unit size is suited to shift operation and the existing heat infrastructure. It preserves operating flexibility while minimising the risk of oversizing.
Commissioned: February 2026. The most profitable base-load model in the portfolio, built around 24-hour plant operation.
The plant operates 24 hours a day, ensuring full self-consumption of electrical energy. Heat supports the baking process and DHW, while unit utilisation remains the highest in the entire portfolio.
The 40 kW model ensures full use of the unit output for 8 000 hours annually and creates the most profitable base variant in the entire reference portfolio.
